That's outrageous and disgusting. No cricket team should set foot into Pakistan again, at least not until they clean up the festering hotbed of lunacy that seems to be rife in those parts.

There were some interviews with the players and the coach and stuff, and they were saying that it's weird because even though their is a lot of unrest there and all sorts of political crap, Cricket has always transcended that and brought people together.. People have looked past their views etc for their big sport..
But alas, extremist crazies probably don't really care about sport.. In fact, it now appears that they hate sport.. Especially cricket...

So so stupid.. Australia has chosen for the last 2 years not to tour Pakistan because their has been numerous threats that Cricketers will be targeted by terrorists, but the general consensus was that of above, the cricket kind of transcends these issues and it would be okay for Australians to tour there.. Don't think they'll be in a rush to play there again any time soon.

It's got nothing to do with cricket. Terrorists attack the national sport and try and isolate the country and it's people from the world .... then they can come in and try and take over with their looney tunes ideas.

Pakistan has been a big a world problem as Afghanistan (and more than Iraq ever was) for years but we have never admitted it.

Actually my opinion isnt that strong,all Im going to say,is my wife works the call center for a major dish provider,and those people take their Cricket very seriously. If they lose signal on a major cricket match,all hell breaks loose in the call center.

I know rational thought isn't a prerequisite to be a Islamic terrorist but what the hell does attacking a Sri Lankan cricket team serve? I mean I could at least understand the purpose if it was a western team but Sri Lanka?
