I know rational thought isn't a prerequisite to be a Islamic terrorist but what the hell does attacking a Sri Lankan cricket team serve? I mean I could at least understand the purpose if it was a western team but Sri Lanka?

I don't think they really care who they kill as long as it gets them in the news. I'm sure they would've rather killed a Brit or an American, but as long as they get the attention/publicity they want for their fucked up cause they'll kill anyone.
