Mighty Mike is coming for Ortiz this Saturday.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Mike is hungrier than Ortiz, of that I have no doubt, he has to leave behind his wife and kids in Greece which is apparently somewhere in Europe to come train in Florida with Buddy McGirt, Ortiz won't be able to deal with the jab to the chest.
Nice step up for Ortiz - We will see if he sinks or swims.....
I am sure Vic can be an announcer or something after his dream is shattered.
"If there's a better chin in the world than Pryor's, it has to be on Mount Rushmore." -Pat Putnam.
Arnaoutis has the greater experience & likes fighters that come to him so he should have some success but his fight with Tyler makes me think that Ortiz will win here!
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
Mighty Mike will win this fight easy and at the same time throw a celebration party that is reported to begin after the round 1 bell.
I can't wait. I hope he calls out Pac again after the fight. IT NEEDS TO HAPPEN SOONER RATHER THAN LATER.
Is Ortiz also a southpaw? If so the southpaw v southpaw record may be an important stat. If not i'm just lazy for not checking my lazy ass self.
“If you even dream of beating me you'd better wake up and apologize.” Muhammad Ali.
Mighty Mike is just gettin in there in advance, he has clearly decided that Ortiz will become the man @ 140 one day when has retired & passed on to the pantheon of the gods, so has decided to get in there in advance. After he beats Ortiz to death in the 1st, he'll call out Mosley from the ringside seats & prove he is not only the man @ 140 but also 147. This will then set up a final fight with Hopkins who he will KO into retirement before finally Pac may grant him the chance he has so truly deserved![]()
even though i had Arnaoutis winning, he hardly looked unbeatable against Torres, and IMO Ortiz is just as good or better than Ricardo Torres, he's a harder hitter for sure, and honestly if Mike wins it's probably due to experience, for Ortiz to be taking on someone as good as Arnaoutis at only 21 yrs of age shows a lot of guts
