Yup, all true and valuable information, but I still have one small problem, water doesn't have that 'real thing' taste! Big fan of drinking water though, keeps everything ticking over, and with a filter it is quite nice and cold, but drink those 8 glasses a day does lead to very frequent visits to the little boys' room to release the pressure.
