1. Shane Mosley
2. Miguel Cotto
3. Antonio Margarito
4. Joshua Clottey
5. Manny Pacquiao
6. Carlos Quintana
7. Andre Berto

Well, what I posted are from actual real popular boxing websites. They published these rankings for the whole world to see and they're confident enough that they can back up what they published to the public...
There could be a possibility of an error in these rankings but 2 rankings organizations proclaiming PAC as no. 1 at 140 is reliable enough... They have their own basis for these rankings...
.
I think the Ring is out to lunch on that 147 top ten ranking with Pacquiao,in a huge way. They ran that on ESPN last week,Was I seeing things??Can live with but disagree with them having Pacquiao at #1 p4p but last I checked Delahypa was not a ranked welter but a ranked jr.Middle prior to the fight. So what....Pacquiao #3 Jr.Middle![]()

YES... I agree with Ring Magazine that PAC is still the #1 P4P boxer as confirmed in their website's P4P list updated March 1, 2009:
