I think we should assign mangers for each weightclass, people could manage more than one, but we can share responsibility for it.

How are we going to organise the initial rankings for each division? Do we simply follow the Ring's top 10 for each or do we create our own & how?

I think also the points awarding system could be restructed a little to define rankings e.g.

All good mate, just thought it may be easier for those managers to present their ratings for their division(s) to the committee for approval. Rather than getting everyone to vote on each division. I'm sure if the committe is a bunch of solid guys only a few changes may need to be made in each division.
