Never heard of him till now. Did a quick google on the guy. An accomplished pilot, apparently he flew secret missions for the CIA in the 60s. Got into UFO's in a big way in the 80's, after befriending an ex-govenment scientist who had expertise in the propulsion systems of extraterrestrial UFOs. Has since "...learned many incredible and interesting facts...", including cities on Mars and huge ships mining the rings of Saturn.

hmmm... I'm dunno Scrap, but I think this guy just might have some credibility issues, don't you think? Maybe he had some high level connections at one point, but I'd be surprised if he still does.

His Father was Bill Lear invented the Lear Jet. So His connections must be sound, plus He must be worth Fortunes

My guess is Bill Lear would be rolling over in his grave if he heard about the giant ships that were mining the rings of Saturn. I'm sure his son inherited millions, so he can afford to focus on these issues and others such as UFO propulsion systems and cities on Mars.
