I do feel we were justified in complaining, I just feel bad about it. I don't want anyone to get in trouble because of me, regardless of how incompetent they were.

Don't feel bad!! Especially with the kind of service that you got.

It's not like you guys did a dine and dash, then you would have something to feel bad about.
