How are we going to organise the initial rankings for each division? Do we simply follow the Ring's top 10 for each or do we create our own & how?

As per killers previous post, those managing each division would create the ratings for that weight. Then the commitee (whoever is in it) can review it

Actually bro what I meant was we would have the committee vote for the original rankings and then once the system is in place, the manager would be responsible for maintaining it and updating it week to week.

All good mate, just thought it may be easier for those managers to present their ratings for their division(s) to the committee for approval. Rather than getting everyone to vote on each division. I'm sure if the committe is a bunch of solid guys only a few changes may need to be made in each division.

I think the vote should be open to committee members from now until the end of Thursday night as there are fights this weekend at heavy, light-heavy, , Jr welter, Jr. feather involving ranked fighters & the ratings have the potential to change.

We can share out the weight classes that are still vacant, I'll take on Straw & I'm sure other members will pick up another.

I don't think we need votes from at least 10 members, whatever votes come in from members before the deadline we should use as our initial ratings.

Lets get this rolling now or we may never get it started!
