It is about the only show on the BBC that is worth watching.
May , Clarkson , and Hammond work great together.

Top gear is the best car show ever, it's nice to see other countries give it some props. I love the camera work and the music and I think Clarkson, Hammond and May make a great team.

It's VERY rare for me to make time for a programme but I always had to watch these as they were aired.

I don't like Top Gear. I think watching men talk about cars is silly. I view a car as something that gets me from A to B. It doesn't really matter what it looks like or how many silly functions it has. To have episode after episode talking about cars just strikes me as being a bit pointless. Cars are noisy, pollute, kill and turn people into bigger idiots than they already are. Plus they get in the way of good honest people who just want to walk. We don't have TV shows selling the merits of drugs, so I don't know why we have shows publicizing killing machines.

I think it would be great if cars were banned and people actually had to start walking everywhere or use cheap government provided public transportation. I would be happy to not have a car if we were all not allowed one. It would be great and people would be fitter and less angry.

Mind you, I get BBC entertainment out here and every program seems to be about crime. It is something I don't understand. I like Sherlock Holmes as much as the next man, but you wouldn't want him on TV 10 hours a day. Surely there is room in life for minimal crime and nicer stuff such as music and culture. But no it's rape this, murder that, steal a cake and so on. It's no wonder Britain is such a savage and vulgar hotbed of young thuggery. They are all raised on the stuff. I'm ranting a bit here, but the BBC has a lot to answer for. Bloody Top Gear. Then there is that dancing rubbish. How about something useful and worthwhile?

Doctor Who. That is another one that has been savaged by young hipsterdom. The doctor should be middle aged and not need to appeal to demographics based upon fashion and youthfulness. What kind of doctor looks younger than 25? I hope the Daleks get to him once and for all. Bastard. And the BBC forces you to buy a license. It is highway robbery.

Jeremy Clarkson would be more fitting as Doctor Who than these young people who masquerade as the doctor.

I love Top Gear as well.. It's been on in Australia for about 3 or 4 years and it a great show... It's a great balance between the technical stuff of the cars, and bloke stuff and whatever... If I wanted to buy a sports car, I would have to watch myself every episode of that show to figure out which one.. I probably put their opinion above magazines and all that, because they aren't afraid to hack into even the most respected cars.. If they think it corners shit, they will say it.. So you know when something is blowing their mind, then it is guaranteed to be insane..

Personally, I love the challenges that they do when they try to pit Clarkson in a 12000 horsepower beast trying to get across Europe (or any other continent for that matter) than Hammond and May using other modes of transport. I think they come up with great premises for their features, and their hatred of the caravan is good to see on TV. (Living in Mid Wales, every summer sees our road jammed for 12 hours a day by Scousers and Brummies driving their caravans to the coast.

You see the one where they fired cars at the caravan? Those bastards must have such a laugh doing that show and get paid a shit load for it!

    Best job in the world!

The challenge in Vietnam was good and the scenery was beautiful, what a country. What about the time they went through the southern state. That was funny, they nearly got killed.
