Of the ones you mentioned, Rosanne was pretty good. Barney Miller, which was late '70s early '80s, is my favorite sitcom from that era. Newhart was good also. John Byner's "Bizarre" featuring Super Dave Osbourne, was a hoot, but it wasn't really a sitcom, more like a variety show.

Was Married with Children from the 80's? If so, then it has my vote. It's funnay and Al is the man.

I've watched the Cosby Show and I don't get the hype. Don't really get the humor much and find the moral message a bit preachy.

Google...Indeed, Married with Children was late '80s. Forgot all about that one. Yeah, It was hilarious, they were all such sluts and douchebags. Totally without morals.

Was Wonder Years 80's or 90's... either way that is one of my all time favorite shows I didn't miss an episode when I was a kid. I wish they would put together the series on DVD and sell it I know I would purchase it

Cheers was another one that was great. I use to love the Theme song for that show.

Probably early 90s, but i dearly enjoyed Northern Exposure and always had a crush on the short haired queen of the north.

Married with children was funny. I used to have a Polk High hat.

OK well if we are going to talk 90s, then I'll cast a vote for probably my all time favorite sitcom, the Larry Sanders Show, starring Gary Shandling and Rip Torn. A late night show about a late night show.
