My Typical Day:
Breakfast: Fruit or Cereal (not frosted or chocolate)
Lunch: Boiled Chicken (boiled chicken is good as it has less fat but with the same protein) with Vegetables
Dinner: Beef with New Potatoes
Dessert: Fruit
