I don't think that one guy is better than another, it's just that one of them gets a few wins and is then flavour of the month like Nazim Richardson is now. He'll get better quality fighters that come to him now because of recent success but eventually a couple of losses will dull his star and some new guy ( or retread trainer) will be the new star. Floyd Mayweather's uncle Roger looks like a top trainer but I watched one of his prospects (can't remember who) on an undercard fighting with the Floyd style and he got sparked. So maybe that Mayweather defence comes down to the natural ability of the fighter and not the guy teaching it.

Yeah dads who have sucessful sons think they are good trainers but they never get the best out of anyone else.

Enzo is a prime example. I just though Joe was an exceptional talent and Enzo happend to be his dad . If Joe went to America and got a world class trainer who knows how good he coud have been. Personally I think we'd be talking about one of the greatest ever .
