It's watching fights like that that make me think twice about boxing, I absolutely love the sport and don't know what I'd do without it but, seeing Moore there getting buggered wasn't nice to watch at all. Think someone earlier mentioned the Paret fight, really hard to watch that, even without knowing his death was a consequence.

It is annoying when fights are stopped early, but I'd much rather someone get robbed of a decision than get needlessly damaged in a sport where safety is paramount.

When you're the ref, and the fighters lives are in your hands, sometimes the decision of when or when not to stop is not so black n white.

A flash knockdown,or a nose bleed, you dont stop the fight, but a guy goes down twice in 30 seconds, and the second time face first, that would be a good time for it.

Arthur Mercante Jr. let Diobelys Hurtado take eleven straight shots from Pernell Whitaker while he was caught in the ropes before he stopped the fight. Awful.

Vargas-Tito was stoppe late IMO. no reason for Vargas to continue taking that punishment.

If you watch Judah Spinks II you will see Zab throws his arms up to the ref cause he didnt stop it. Zab had Spinks out on his feet stumbling around the ring.....finally zab went over and hit spinks with 3-4 blows and the ref jumped in...

after the fight zab said he saw spinks eyes were gone and didnt want to hurt him....
