I disagree a bit here, I wouldn't say Diaz has limited skills, I think that's a bit of an overstatement; he will probably not make the hall of fame but for me, a limited skilled boxer would apply more to a Carlos Maussa or a Arthuro Gatti for example. Don't get me wrong here, Gatti has and will always be one of my favorite of all time, he has a heart large as Canada and thunder in both hands but genuinely skills talking, he's limited. As for the DLH thing, it was considered by many specialists as VERY risky for PAcman and relatively a piece of cake for DLH. What happened is unclear as for its causes (a bad regime that left him with a shrinked stomach unable to get properly rehydrated? they got him to slim in a way where he couldn't shed pounds off by rehydration?) but DLH was supposed to jump in at around 160, which would have been ALL another fight. For example, against Mayweather, he could have deserved the draw and would have kept his jab after the fifth, could even have won the fight by decision.
With such performance against Mayweather, I think he could have under normal circumstances have given Pac the hell, really.
For these reasons, I don't think we can belittle Pacman's performances before his show with Ricky. This is gonna be a competitive fight with sparks all over, I think that Pacman's speed and overall better ability with both hands will prevail, especially as I feel his conditionning is better than Hatton but you cannot count the hitman out already, if he can push Pac to the ropes and confuse him, we could be in for a surprise but to this point, I favor PAcquiao, especially because I think Roach is a better trainer than S.r and gives overall better advices in the corner.
