Point taken. The other thing to worry about is that Machine Gun, unlike most Thai fighters with great records, has actually fought decent opposition. I may have to revise my thinking on this one a bit more.
Still, that loud crown in Bayamon might be a factor. The other thing is that the only time he fought outside of Thailand, he lost (to Montiel). This will be only the second time he has fought outside his home country. Interesting stuff.

Your right most Thai fighters don't travel well! But Lopez although he has been in very good recent form is no Montiel & although he knocked Montiel down when they fought he was beaten much more convincingly!Remember he gave Fernando Montiel all he could handle, that was a very close fight!

I haven't seen much of Carita, but the local press here has been building up the fight as Carita's last chance at a title. Unfortunately I won't be able to go to the fight, either. But hopefully Carita will represent us well, and with the hometown crowd behind him, that should give him a boost as well.
