I didnt read everyone's posts before i decided to wait, 2 weeks from this friday.... i wanted to make sure, as someone else posted, that i wont get burnt out, i did workouts with my friends trainer (he's 19 yrs old) and at the end of the workout i could lift my hands barely, i felt like i wanted to throw up.... after we were done i told him and he said it is good to throw up, and its normal for begginer boxers..... well anyways, after the sparr ill let u guys know how it went, oh by the way im 14 yrs old, will be 15 in 1 month
