as soon as i read the title i knew it was u yvonne ha ha
i saw on bunceys show, carl froch was asked who worst champion of all time was & he said calzaghe, he really is becoming very annoying with this, just let him retire in peace!![]()
Why?I really like Joe and i do really miss him fighting. He was just soo good at what he did.He has the best boxing brain in the ring i've ever seen!!I wish he would come back for one last fight.I think there's really one more fight left in him.Only if the money is right he'll come out of retirment!!
Ah come on he said himself it was tongue in cheek and just laughing about. Ricky Hatton said Junior Witter which I thought was hilarious too, they are just having a laugh and a jokey dig at old rivals nothing wrong with that.
Khan said Andreas Kotelnick was crap and that he could move up and beat him. I'm guessing the fact he has said that means the fight might be a possibility for later in the year.
Would be great, I like that Khan has derired a reigning world champ and called him out. Now hopefully he'll get a chance to back that smack talk up.
If he wins and looks good I think he should get respect if he loses to a guy he claims is the world's worst then I would be arm in arm with Missy and Miles in laughing at him, such is the fickle world of the boxing fan![]()
yeah it was tongue in cheek but i am so bored of it now, hatton doesnt generally mention witter so thats fine but froch needs to let it the fk go he dont need calzaghe if he keeps winning plus the fact he is fighting in the US in his first defence will do his rep no harm at all.
Welsh prince? I like it!
I think Joe has retired at the ideal point in time. On top and still with skills intact. The chin was wavering towards the end a little, but otherwise he was still exceptional. I would have liked another fight, but to retire after Jones was probably the correct thing to do.
Happy 37th Joe Calzaghe!
