Im from the same school of thought as Freddie, like Him as a person. Worked in the same gym for a bit with Eddie, loved the Guy and His methods, but do things a bit different. Asked me to the States a few times but was happy where I was. Fenster Johns a mate and a very clever chap great Journalist loves a Drink .

Its a good read Scrap, paints you in a nice light.

Considering all the quality fighters you've trained, Matthews puts across in the book you treating everyone the same, do you think you have a particular training style that is evident in the guys you've dealt with?

Try and treat them as individuals, everybodys different. But theres got to be a pattern, work on the basic foundations, the feet. If they are wrong as in anything it fails. I explain would they Buy a House with Bad Foundations, like everyone they wouldnt. If you cant do the simple things youve no chance when it gets Hard

It would have been interesting to see Matthews considering you started him from scratch.
