Should be more than 32 others, my understanding from IGN was that it was something like 48 fighters spread over 8 divisions. I'd be interested to see whether there will be downloadable content, this could mean they make a few new fighters for all the time the game is out. Its pretty clear this game will be there to last for at least a few years, so you'd think they could do it. I'd pay a small fee to have access to that.

WOW really 48 fighters thats awesome, and about the downloadable content, its probably going to depend on teh sales of the game,

theres no doubt its going to cost us money, but i the game sells well i may be cheap

if the game sells badly they may cost a little more

The Fight Night games are normally pretty good sellers, I know loads of people who literally know fuck all about boxing, who will go out and buy the game. I don't know that its definitely 48, I just read that somewhere. There are 8 divisions though. I think if they're doing downloadables they should try tap into the European & Latin-American markets more. Some of the smaller fighters would no doubt be cheaper to get in the game as DLC.

Ive never really been bothered by the Roster...?

My only wish was that Tyson was in it.... Oh and that they give me the tools to produce realistic looking CABs of course

I have always liked the idea of being able to download additional fighters after the game has been out for some time. I really hope they implement that idea.

If they were to create a downloadable fighter then that would make it more profitable IMO...you pay X ammount for a fighter and you're able to gain more revenue and pay more athletes.

I like the idea of having fighters who were rivals in the game, for example: Ali, Frazier, Foreman...Lewis, Holyfield, Tyson...Louis, Marciano, Walcott/Charles/Moore...it makes more sense to put in 2-3 fighters from the same era than just to throw in 1 guy from each era.

IMO James Toney is in there because he can be at every weight class from middleweight to heavyweight.

But hell if worse comes to worse I will usually make my own version of a fighter because opinions tend to vary on the skills and techniques of all of all the different fighters....as long as the create-a-fighter mode is solid I will have no problems with the roster.
