I assume they put forward a list of 100 very popular individuals, some of whom are legitimately influential and some of whom are simply very popular. Then then opened voting to idiots worldwide, thus the results we see. If they rely solely on internet voting to determine their most influentail people they are insane.

So based on all this, you believe that Korean popstar Rain is the 2nd most influential person in the world and thus carries more clout than someone like Barrak Obama?
