reminds me of the onformation some one my mate knows gave him... classic stuff...
If you tire yourself out and get a hand over and then go and train, because you are so tired, toxicated and dehydrated and all the rest of it... you're training is more effective because these things make it harder...
This same guy is currently studying to become a gym instructor... oh dear :P the people on the course I am on don't know a great deal, they can quote a few books but they don't really understand most of the core principals of training... this guy on the other hand![]()
