Most definitely an alien in my humble opinion. So, that makes Hattons win all the more remarkable. Mosley had an easy time with Collazo because Mosley is quite obviously not a human either.

Back to reality. I don't think anybody owned anybody in either of the Marquez fights. They were extremely close fights and that is why most boxing fans would like to see a third fight. Pac is fighting the likes of DLH and Hatton because they bring the money, if Manny's heart was in the right place he would be settling things with Marquez right now. Unfortunately, he is going with his head and straight to the wallet. Most fighters would do the same, so that's no dig at Manny. But a third Marquez fight is what most boxing fans want more than anything because we all know how inconclusive the previous two fights were.
Collazo is a good win by Hatton despite being buzzed and wobbled in the last round of that fight and having difficulties of Collazo's southpaw stance...

Regarding JMM, I don't want to discuss his fights with PAC anymore... We will just refer it to the record books...
Hatton possibly took Collazo a little lightly as well. The southpaw stance is something Hatton has always struggled to look good against. But against Manny I don't think there can be any excuses. We all know exactly what Pac brings to the table in terms of his style.

JMM and the record books. Tsk tsk.

Miles I don't know why you even try with these guys....

Anyone here who thinks Hatton looked great against Collazo, or his 2 last fights better think again. Imo, Ricky is deteriorating.

I don't think Hatton looked great against Collazo by a long shot. I don't think many would say he did TBH. He did look very good against Malignaggi though.

What makes you think Hatton is deteriorating?

    Physically and mentally.

I think he's aging out. His face is getting more puffed up every fight (and Mallinaggi is not even well known as a puncher). I think he started going down the hill after the PBF fight.

Somethin's not right with him. Don't you notice?

    No i dont

Completely outclassed malignaggi and actually beat paulie at his own game

as for the puffed up face thing.................his had that all his career, as well as hand trouble, forehead cuts, inability to straighten his arms and a permenantly broken nose and its not bothered him yet.

Mayweather was just too fast and strong for ricky who couldnt get his gameplan off on the night.

If you think pacquiaos power is gonna bother hatton one bit your living in dreamland!!

I thought after the Lazcano fight that Hatton was in the dumps mentally. Easy win, but sloppy as hell. Physically too, I thought Lazcano hurt Ricky twice and Lazcano shouldn't be hurting Ricky at 140. But that is me being critical, Hatton pretty much shut Lazcano out and was in no real danger of ever losing the fight. Even on autopilot Hatton beats up most fighters.

But against Malignaggi who many expected to give Hatton fits, Hatton showed that his head was right back where it needs to be. Sure, Hatton got a little bit of a mouse under the eye, but he dominated that fight and had Paulie clinging for life repeatedly. That was not a fighter on the slide. That was Hatton stating quite emphatically that he is the man at 140.

I don't see anything wrong with Hatton, if truth be known. I see a lot of things right. He has shaken off the Mayweather loss and has bounced back with an eye on improving himself. Hatton on the slide would have continued with the same old routines. But Ricky has his head head in a good place right now. Nothing to worry about unless you are a fan of all things Pac.

So are you saying you're gonna give Pac some credit IF he beats Hatton then?... No "Pacquiao beat up another weight drained and past his prime fighter" excuse?

I will only give Pac some credit if Saddoboxer was right on his prediction.
