the fact he was pointing out the obvious point that glastonbury was a rock festival and by having a hip-hop star headline the festival had indeed sold out!

Or maybe he was just pissed off that his fans were now becoming consigned to the late 20s/approaching middle-aged bracket, and younger people have no interest in them by and large.
