I personally don't see it. Haye will Knock him out. Wlad is the worst excuse I've ever seen for a Heavyweight Champion of the world. If Haye was fighting Vitali, I'd agree with you. But the Haye hype train will continue after this fight.

I like both of them, but I just don't see how Haye will effectively get around that jab, if anyone can it will be him, thats why I am so excited for this, Wlad could really make it boring if his jab is too quick for Haye to counter over, but if not then maybe Haye can pull off the upset, I think his defensive skills are extremely underrated, and that there is a chance that he could pull this off.

OK Haye can go about this a couple of ways...

#1 Haye can try and pounce on Wlad early in which case he may KO Wladimir OR tucker himself out and just get battered for as long as Wlad wants to keep him around.

#2 Haye can try and box with Wladimir and just eat jabs until either Wladimir tires out and Haye KO's him or Wladimir just hammers Haye and David never even wins a round.

#3 Haye is indecisive on whether he should attack or lay back and in that case there is either a clash of heads, Wlad is caught off guard and KO'd, or Haye is just obliterated by Wladimir's power as Haye's chin has NEVER been tested by a heavyweight of note.

I think with Manny Steward in his corner and his psyche in very good shape I see Wladimir being cautious of Haye's power meanwhile landing meaningful and PAINFUL punches which will wear Haye down and stop him in 5-7 rounds.

I have been equal in my view, as equal as I can be...I have listed the ways in which either fighter can win or lose the match. I support Wladimir, I think he's too big, too skilled, and too experienced to be beaten by David Haye....I have been wrong before but this fight IMO is the begining of the end of David Haye

Here's the part everyone seems to forget. The reason wladdys jab seems so effective is because if anyone tries to counter him or even attack first, he's just gonna hold them to death. He knew he probably wouldn't get away with it in England so he forced the fight to one of his home turfs where he can do as he likes.

Hopefully Haye can overcome that with speed and knock his scared ass out.

    Hilarious stuff though Danny

I agree with that. I'm not a fan of David Haye or Wlad, but I will be rooting for David Haye, but I can see this happning exactly as you are saying. I think Haye will start getting frustrated after eating jabs for 4 rounds and he will come into the danger zone and Wlad will land a couple of right hands and that will be it for David Haye. Just another fighter knocked out by Wlad.

I'm glad your finally giving Haye a chance of winning. I think this is a "pick em" fight. It's a case of who lands clean on who first for me, but with Haye's clear speed advantage I think he may just get there first.

...I don't give Haye a chance, I was just letting everyone know what COULD happen.

Wladimir is going to own him with the jab, Haye will just throw 1 punch at a time and slow down and then get smacked down with the right cross.

Haye is going to make mince meat out of Wlad.. I would do the liberty of gathering some similar images to tell the story of Haye massacaring Wlad but it's already been done for me...

If only because of the spirited exchanges on this forum, Klitschko-Haye is the first heavyweight fight in a LO-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-N-N-N-G-G-G time that I can't wait to watch. IMO, it should be entertaining while it lasts. Haye certainly can hurt Wlad if he connects, and has the speed and power to do so. But Wlad is a proven heavyweight, with a great jab and power in both hands. I just hope it's an exciting fight and not a snoozefest like most of the recent HW fights have been.

Is it that Wlad is boring though ? Or the competition is just so damn weak. Alot of people say Wlad is boring. If you look at it he stands right in front of you and jabs the shit out of you.He really doesn't prance around the ring or look to play the catch and throw game. His fight is in your face jabbing his ass off. Recent fighter's have been intent on staying away and try to flail away at Wlad with weak counterpunching. How can someone fight someone who is constantly in defesive mode when they themselves are a counterpuncher. I personally find Wlad to be all as bit the scientific boxer as "The Great" Ali. Don't get your panties in a twist I didn't say he was as good as Ali. Yet. He set's his oppenent's up with jabs and then when think another jab is coming bam a right hand slams home. Can you guy's honestly tell me that every one of Lennox's,Ali's,Holmes fight's were crowd pleasing. Hell no. Most of them were very forgetful. Except of course the instant classic's do to GOOD COMPETITION. The reason it is so boring is Wlad is just that damn good and doesn't get the credit. So what can we say to belittle him. Oh he has no balls and is very boring. It's just such a cop out.

Anyway my prediction will be Wlad in eight.
