I agree he should have been more aggressive with Sultan and Rahman but he had both fights in hand so it was a big risk with very little reward to forget defense and forget the punching power of both fighters and freely let his hands go...that may be very entertaining to watch but it isn't smart boxing and with as many flaws as everyone says Wlad has (stamina, chin, defense, etc etc etc) then why the hell would he do that?!?!?!

Wlad is damned either way...If Wladimir came out and flattened David Haye as he did to Ray Austin what does it prove? Haye hasn't been tested at heavyweight, everyone would write off the win and David Haye and continue to complain about Wladimir. If Wladimir tries to swing for the fences vs Haye and gets caught people will still complain about Wladimir and then hype up David Haye who is just an in shape Sam Peter with a very suspect chin. If Wladimir boxes Haye's ears off he will get no respect for it.

People's opinions on Wladimir and his skill have already been formed and that's fine by me, Iam a fan of the guy, he's a very smart fighter, and he's the best in the division because of not only his skill but his smarts in the ring.

You can't find a more tedious fighter to watch at heavyweight miles or just in general?!?! I can name quite a few who are more tedious to watch: Eddie Chambers-Sam Peter, that fight alone gives us 2 guys who aren't spectacular; Nicolay Valuev, John Ruiz, hell I could go on all day long...people complain about the entire division and yet people still want the only good fighters in the division to lose to a loud mouthed diva who's only accomplishments at the heavyweight division any number of regular everyday people could match....2 wins at heavyweight vs crap fighters, Butterbean did better than that
I just think he could be more exciting. His fights do send me to sleep somewhat. Rubbish opposition doesn't help. I don't like fighters who hold too much. And though a fan of Hatton that has been my big critisism of him in recent years. It really is irritating.

As for Wlad against Haye. I think Wlad wins, but I hope Haye can pull it off because he won't be looking to spoil. I don't care much either way though.

Having heard what the deal is with this fight I hope Haye knocks the living shit out of Wlad. Wlad is an absolute cunt and needs sparking.
