He looked good from what I saw, but he needs to work on a lot of things. His defence is still far from great and if he has his chin out there against someone like Marquez, hes gonna get countered all day. This guy really didnt bring much to the table tonight from the opening bell. Valero still relies too much on his power.

Is that suppose to be a compliment for Pac?

Did you see Valero's head movements, footwork, speed, overall skill?
Do you remember Pacquiao's head movement, footwork, and overall skill in the first Marquez fight compared to now?

You are comparing a 2004 Pacquiao to a 2009 Valero. Yeah, I see their ressemblance there. But still, Pac has always been faster than Valero.

I'm all aboard the valero hype train. He looked great, thought his chin held up as pitalua landed a pretty flush shot on him that would have dazed a lot of other people

Valero is still raw, and yes Pac is faster but i'd dare say Valero has the harder punches

    I can't dispute that.

Wow I'm impressed with Valero and I didn't know that Robert Alcazar was his trainer either I thought he left the sport after Oscar fired him. Valero vs Katsidis would be a real interesting fight.

They're both come forward fighters. And when they clash, we will see Katsidis on the canvas. Dude, it will be like a farm goat vs ram.

We definitely would see kats on the canvas...but doesn't mean he'd stay there, the man's all heart and will. If kats could take valero to deep waters he might have a chance, I haven't seen much of valero but has he ever been to round 10 and on, but that implies kats being able to absorb valero's shot's that late into the fight and don't know if he could.

    I can't dispute that.
Your the most level minded Pacfan on here, never nearly as much bullshit with you as the rest.

I thought Pacman could dodge machine gun spray, out run laser beams, and knock out yaks in a single punch..

Are we talking about the same guy?
"Floyd needs to inject Xylocaine into his balls to gain the courage to fight Pacquiao."

    - and I quote from some random guy on the internet
