Bradley is one smart ass fighter. Love the decision to take a knee after he immediately stood up went he got floored by that nasty left hook. and considering that was the first time he was down in his career, impressive. And he's got great recuperation too, that was one nasty counter left hook from Holt. I had it 115-111 for him. That wasn't shady.
An empty can is always noisy.
Great call right there. I was wondering all this time why Holt would give such a great opportunity like this, when he is so gifted, but sadly the truth is that after the knockdown. Holt spent 4 rounds bitching, ruining the pace and mood of the fight. While Bradley, on the other hand, kept his composure and corrected the mistake of leaving his gloves down after punching, and I believed he did this because Holt got on his head at the staredown, because I've never seen Bradley so careless on the first round.
Then when Holt was done bitching he realized he was behind on the score cards and kept looking for a counter that was never going to be there because Bradley adjusted and kept his D and footwork tight for most, until the knockdown on the 12th, and sadly Bradley's attitude and gloves was trying to secure the last round and not get caught with one of Holt's wild punches, but it happened. At least he got the decision...surprised by that by the way.![]()

Have you seen him fight before?? He talk all those shots & more off Kessler & Bute and walked through it. If Margarito had a iron chin, then Andrade has a titanium beard.
I had actually had it a draw with the 2 knockdowns at 113-113. I thought Bradley won more of the rounds, but Holt's cleaner more effective shots took him at least four of the rounds & he got five in my book.

I have seen Andrade fight before (kessler and Bute to name a few) and IMO you just cant keep taking shots like that without it having any type of impact especially at 168 (with big punchers).....He needs to shore up that defense or he is going to have a short career....Vitali was winding up and throwing huge looping shots that were landing flush.....I would think a Kessler would have a good chance of cracking that chin if they fought again...
[quote=Hunter;711002]Prior to the Margarito-Mosley fight we weren't even considering it catching up. I don't think he took too many flush shots against Tyspko, but the fact is he's yet to show even the slightest sign that he can't take them. The only guy to drop him was Yusaf Mack with a punch that would have put most fighters to sleep. If anything I would give Andrade a better chance of beating Kessler or Bute should he fight them again. He was only going haphazard in the last round giving the crowd want they wanted. IMO his chin will continue to hold up.
[quote=Hunter;711002]I think he has tightened it up over the last few.Early on,he was fighting guys that he could literally walk through. Not a devestating puncher but all volume and pressure. He was dropped hard by Yusef Mack but it was off of that 'swift clipping' type of hook. Not really hurt, but short circuited for a minute. He showed some head feints, rolling etc in with Stiglwitz (just killed that sp).Last night,it got a bit frustrating. He really showed some patience and used his range...improved straight shots.I think he was a bit too patient late when clearly Vitali was hurt on the inside, ecspecially to body and Andrade was stronger.Hey,not faulting him for keeping it 'smart'.Rematch around the corner with Bute and all. I honestly think he could have taken Vitali out if he would have down shifted and attacked like he did with a Kessler or earlier showing.Hes def matured.
I thought Holt won it just, because of the knock downs.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
The guys scoring it for Holt must only pay attention to big shots, its like you zone out and stop watching the fight until you hear the announcer get loud or what? I dont see anyone giving Bradley any credit for getting up from that huge punch. He got up like he was offended to be down on the ground, then wisely took the knee to compose himself. Bradley forced Holt backwards the whole fight, you can say oh Holt didnt throw, or you can say Bradleys activity forced it. Bradley showed some great movement inside that was some Mayweather shit with the upperbody movement. As far as dirty tactics, Holt was crying at the same time holding inside and leading with his head.
Bradley fought well and was effective with the body shots but he was getting out jabbed and Holt handled him in the fight. It was close and the knock downs tipped it in his favour for me.

Im really surprised to see so many people have Holt winning or it even being that close. The commentator thought Holt won were people influenced by his opinions? I dont get it at all, even if I was bias towards Holt I cant see how you can give him any more than 5 rounds and that makes it a draw. Bradley outlanded him in almost all the rounds and was applying all of the pressure. Im only glad the judges agreed with me cos anything but a Bradley win would have been a total robbery in my book. I had it 115-111 Bradley.
