No dude, it was Sky who showed it. It was on the same night they showed Gatti's last fight and Cintron's stunning KO over Mattheyse. I know because I still have the tape
I remember that too because I stopped subscribing to sky after that fight. It was the last time they showed a world title fight that was not ppv (except maybe the Mosley v Mayorga fight).
Mosley-Mayorga wasn't even for a world title, although Berto-Forbes on the undercard was. Sky's boxing coverage is shit, they basically put everything into Hatton & Warren. They probably wouldn't have bothered with ODLH-Pac if it wasn't to find a way to keep Khan on PPV.
