I don't think Kotelnik is a gimme either, Khan will have to go the distance, he's not stopping him.
I'd be shocked if Ortiz-Khan happened.
Yeah, Prescott hits hard but is pretty average, Ortiz is a different thing altogether. Khan would have to be really really improved.
The thing with Khan is he seems to have improved his defense which was as big a problem as his chin but I don't think he hits very hard at all, at least compared to what some seem to think. Have got questions about his overall ring intelligence and instincts too.
Khan KO'd Ortiz in the amateurs![]()
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Was it a KO KO or was it a points stoppage?
Looking at Khan its no surprise he was a great amateur, he's built for it, still not sure what was so special about Audley.
I actually don't get all the hate for Khan except for Missy's Barrera inspired hate which I approve of.
Not that you need a reason to hate anybody, I'm all for irrational dislike of certain fighters, just seems like Khan has a load of it.
Ortiz has been floored by journeymen. Khan has beaten him.
It's hardly a ridiculous mismatch which Khan and his mob will be shaking in their boots about. Come on now.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
This is pretty funny as I, like others on here, remember Khan saying Kotelnik was the worst world champ EVER on Bunces show last month. Talk about setting yourself up for a fall should you lose!
Fun fight though even if Khan doesnt deserve a world title shot yet.
The move up will be fine as Khans a tall lightweight and he always looks too skinny at lightweight. The extra 5 pounds wont affect the speed.
And I totally agree with what people are saying about Hatton, theres no question Warrens got that in the back of his mind for next year should the results fall right this year. It would be mega$$$. Hatton will smash him to fcuk but at least he'll get paid muchos mola for taking a beating. Theres no way Khan could live with Hatton for any more than a bunch of rounds.
