one time on that show this guy was supposed to run up some ramp that he had to turn left to get to and he was running to fast or some shit cuz the fucker ran straight into a wall, it was some funny shit
I like the "Circling Surfboard of Death", there was this one dude who almost got to the end but fell forward and ended up bouncing off the finish platform and into the water.

I also like when they run across the logs that spin...hahahaha, those eliminations are the best!
