I'm sure there are others, but the first name that came to mind was Oscar Diaz.

My two favourites are Micheal Watson, world class fighter would of been champ if it wasnt for that tragic night, Micheal Brodie got robbed against Willie Jorrin in 2000 i was ringside and felt for the lad.

Herol 'Bomber' Graham was a mighty fine fighter who was never quite good enough to beat Hagler, and by 1987, Bomber was slightly past his prime, even though he would give The Bodysnatcher Mike McCallum hell, and but for a point deduction would of drawn with the Awesome Jamaican.
But Herol was no so much fun to watch, so as far as favorites go, I would say Shea Neary. He was a lot of fun in the early 90s, and won a piece god awful alphabet crap, but when he finally fought at World Class (against Micky Ward); he was found just a little wanting.

umm Jerry Quarry & Edison Miranda are two that come to minde

Joe Hipp

I would say Armando Muniz & Bennie Briscoe.

Oba Carr was always a favorite to watch. The elite were just to much for him.

Antwun Echols.
If he would have fought William Joppy or Keith Holmes for their MW belts then he would have been a world champion.
Instead he took on the best, Bernard Hopkins, twice, and ended becoming a name opponent and trial horse for young fighters.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
Old school! Would have to go to the great Sam Langford
New school! Buck Smith, Emmanuel Augustus, Micky Ward and Gerry Cooney

I remember seeing pieces on him about how he and a couple of his 'opponents' would travel from arena to arena and have like 2,3,4 fights in a week.Honestley he has more padding than a highschool prom and TONS of No descisions, unsanctioned fights.Used to sleep in his car...have gloves, will travel life career.Really a nice guy.Had a frigging war with Kevin Pompey and went into a couple of guys backyards and just trounced them On ESPN.Traveling gypsy of the journeymen.
