Not eating would be the last thing on my mind in case of sickness. Your immune system needs phytochemicals to combat whatever the problem is, that's why my grandmother made me eat chicken vegetable soup. She had no idea why it worked, but it did. The only sick people that refrain from eating are those that are dying.
