It come from a Ring blog, but they say the aricle comes from Deportes Meridiano OnLine - Caracas, 15 de abril del 2009 and it also says Valero's wife was shot in the thigh and the bullet exited by her ankle? I like this matchup a lot. I think its a much better move to put him against a solid fighter before going after the more proven elite fighters. BTW boxrec says the fight is tentative for Mexico.

This will be one hell of a fight. I can't pick a winner though, Prescott is pretty big for a LW and will no doubt be the stronger of the two. Would be interesting if they just started throwing bombs once the bell goes.
