All I can say is I wish He had wanted it as much Ten years ago. He runs a mile in under Five minutes, 4.49

That's impressive stuff. I am running 3 miles in 24 mins at the moment and that kills me (I am 16 stone though )

i used to make that time about 4years ago when i was 24 year old.Good time that mate,keep it up.
