watch the vid's, looks like pacquaio likes body shots.
A couple of "maybes" here.

Maybe Pac just didn't have fully developed manbone yet. I mean he was 5'3"-5'4"?.. 16-18 years of age? Barrera and Morales went liver hunting against Pac, but they couldn't land a good one. I think Marquez and DLH tagged him pretty good with 1 or 2 bodys shots but he shook 'em off, tolerated the pain. But can he take that kind of punch against Hatton?.. I don't know. We'll see.

Maybe Pac's unique stick training does really work.

Imo, part of his success is when he lurs his opponents and uses his body as a bait - making they pay if they missed.
i agree with you on the Barrera and Morales bit, they both tagged him with beautiful body shots as did Marquez, and they were effective, but not in any way out of the norm, he didn't seem as if they hurt him more than any other punch would, but then again, aside from Barrera, they aren't as dedicated to the body as Hatton is, and well this is gonna be the strongest fighter to date to test Pacquiao's body, but like you said, who know's if it'll make any difference out of the norm, honestly i don't think that Pacquiao is gonna fold under one shot to the body ala Castillo, but Hatton can have success if he goes to the body enough and is able to slow Manny down, should be interesting
