If it was anyone other than Big Dick I wouldn't even entertain the thought that they are serious... unfortunately his general posting has left me leaning towards him being a possible mental hospital escapee or maybe just one of those people in Middle England with too much time on their hands & too great a sense of self-righteousness

Without those socio-economic groups you've mentioned, the fine old English institution of the Daily Mail wouldn't exist, and what a tragedy that would be.
