Respect the opinion but disagree. Pernell Whitaker fought offensive maniacs and shut many of them out, after watching the Chavez fight I don't know how anyone can think he is not the greatest defensive boxer off all time, Burley was a better ring general but when it came to blocking punches and elusiveness Pernell was hand's down better. Actually that would be a great thread. Britkid you should start a threat with this question and also add a pole, it would be close but I am anxious to read what people have to write on the subject.
