Yes, horribly. They've purposely lost the first three games to lull the 'Nucks into a false sense of security. They are now going to proceed to win four games in a row against the team with the best goalie in the world.

Well, I'm sorry to say that makes no sense as they only have three home games (two left). The crowd was really impressive though, very loud and engaged throughout.

The first game was the worst. The Canucks deserved pretty much every penalty they got tonight. Their penalty killing is un-fucking-real though. I remember before the series, everyone said that if the Canucks took a lot of penalties the Blues would kill them...

I love watching Rypien fight. He's one of my favorite Canucks, I use a pic of one of his fights as my avatar on the NHL forum I post on. I could watch the Prust fight (which I posted on the first page) all day.

Backes is pretty fucking big though, Rypien would be in deep against him.

Have you seen this Doot? Burrows and Kesler talking shit about Backes and his wife after the 1st period in game 1?
