Floyd's promotional company was just a joke, the guy who used to negotiate all his fight contracts was Al Haymon. Maybe King gets the Haymon job now but I'm guesing Haymon still has some sort of contract with Floyd for when he unretired. Could get messy.

Given the level of 'accuracy' in Rafael's reporting on 'what Mayweather has done/is about to/or is thinking about maybe doing if he feels like it' in recent months, I put about as much stock in this as I do in the intensity of Keanu Reeves' acting. It's just King trying to get his name in on something.

That could be, wouldn't be surprising from King, he did say tons of crap just to get the attention. That wouldn't be surprising neither because he hasn't been very active lately and his stabble is considerably degarnished.
One thing remain though: Mayweather apparently really went to BBQ with him, which is still a reason to think that there have been at least some talks.. At least, if I was Floyd, I wouldn't stay in the Monster's den for no reasons and to BBQ with him when I could be in so many other pleasant ressorts. To me, it is a serious enough reason to think that they did negociate something, or at least, they did discuss something. It might never happen, sure, but I am pretty sure they did discuss some eventualities.
. As I said before as well, the scenario could be interesting in the perspective where Floyd placed tons of money on Wall Street before the crisis... we could imagine he did fairly lost a bit and might be more than ever attracted by Uncle Sam's green devise.

Could be just rumors, sure, but I think that there is still enough content to wonder on the matter and to think that at least some serious talks have been made about such a potentiality.

How much money does it cost to lure Mayweather? A Lot. How much money does King have? A lot. How much money could he make with Mayweather? ... A lot too. Let's see if the old fox can lure the young wolf.

Where's the proof he was at the BBQ? It's all in another Rafael article. I have to say any journalistic enterprise he had, has severely diminished in recent months. Until I say Ellerbe or Haymon say something, I ain't believing a word of it. If you've followed Rafael's articles this year, you'll see how consistently he's been wrong with his 'PBF Exclusives'.

Mayweather does no need King at this point.Whats he going to do for Floyd that he can not do for himself, have him featured on one of his internet fight cards?I think its about King trying to remain relevant frankly.

It's now confirmed. It's official. PBF is a DK fighter now.
