Good straight forward advice there mate.Look after number one(yourself)and just get on with things!What i kept on doing to keep me from thinking about my stunning ex all the time,was to go out jogging and let off some steam.I really do think she'll regret leaving me some day i really do.Im not wishing she'll regret me,but i have a strong feeling she will.I class the situation about her leaving me in such a crappy way as,Its her loss not my!One day i think she'll kick herself.

Some chicks really pick the worst way of breaking someones heart are they really trying to do it that way. ive gotta beleive that they do and you guys are right i gotta blow off steam. Fuck this whole deal sucks but it will get better. so many ways people have told me to do it and i cant really make it with most of them but most have helped little bit but my mind keeps going back to that and it just gets worse. As time goes by inevitably another girl will come by and realize the good guy in you that Im sure your ex still things about(thats why she keeps you hoping for her to be back to you).Once this new girl arrive into your life and your ex is put in your shoes. Your ex seeing you with your new girl, your ex will feel the same pain she put you through.

My next advice: Do not get back with your ex ever!...but lead her on and remain friends if you still care about her.


Just hang in there for now and things always gets better. I think the less your ex sees you the more she'll want to see you. So spend extra time away and act busy when your ex ask question. That drives girls crazy when they get zero updates on you. To save your sanity you must take control of the situation. It'll be hard but you must occupy yourself, do things you enjoy and everything should fall right onto your advantage. Eventually a new girl will walk right into your life and thats exactly what your ex does not want!

Montage, I gotta second Big H for you man. Number 1 is the key. I've been through some pretty shit break ups in my time and one beauty. I spent nearly a year and a half with a girl, she was indian and she was absolutely beautiful. So normal and down to earth. She was a Graphic Designer like myself and we were the best of friends I tell ya.

Barely a day went by that we weren't together. Now, baring in mind i'm a white man, you can probably write the ending yourself. Her parents were no way going to accept me. It was never to be i guess right from the start. What was worse was it totally felt like she just dropped me like a piece of shit when i wasn't needed or suited anymore. Disposable if you like. That hurts like shit but these are lessons that you learn.

The main thing that you mentioned earlier is that you only have a handful of true friends. Now, thats all that you need my man. Believe me. Everyone has tonnes of friends, but when the shit hits the fan regardless of what it is, you know youv'e got the true ones around to tell you what you need to hear.

One thing is for sure from the response your getting is that your most definately not on your own on this subject. It feels like shit, but it won't always be that way.
