Its a shame Carl has to call for Calzaghe, hes retired! Jim Grey asked him about Kessler and Carl replies with Calzaghe

He certainly knows how to make noise without getting trouble.

When he watched himself get knocked down, first he "slipped" then he was fine and knew where he was, yeah, on his ass

I just watched it properly and against a Calzaghe or Kessler who arent gunshy and hesitant like Taylor, all those openings are possible knockdowns against Carl

I'd like to see a rematch, but only because Taylor would have to get on a plane next time (he should have got on a plane this time too mind). It's about time the Americans realised they're not at the centre of the boxing universe.

Pavlik and Bute are the biggest money fights available for Froch right now. They are who he should aim for. However, both are tough fights for Froch.

Pavlik is a very dangerous fight for Froch. It's also a very dangerous fight for Taylor. We've seen that Froch's "iron" chin can get checked, and we know Kelly can be hurt, too. Both fighters are relaxed in the ring and can go 12, and both guys are good finishers. Froch is naturally bigger, but Pavlik has better technique. I would give either fighter a lot of credit if they made this fight within the next year.
