Kirkland arrested in hometown!

After reading some of these posts you would think he's getting life or something. I'm sure he'll get a violation. Do his 6 months (if even that) and be out. He'll be fine

I dont think so. If it was a first offense ok, if wasnt on probation ok, but most judges take that as a slap in the face. Probation is the second chance. He is facing up to 10 years, I wouldn't be surprised if he got 2 years.

I would expect Kirkland to do at least 5 years....He was on probation, he was doing something with a gun and his probation officer was about to revoke his probation, and than he gets caught at a gun show buying guns.....He doesnt seem to get it and will pay the price in prison time.
