No way is this fight getting as much "back page" press as the Floyd fight (not even close) and that is purely to do with the Uefa Champions League Semi Finals last night and Tues night dominating the sports pages of all the papers!
Bad timing really but you can be sure tom (Fri) and especially Saturday The Hitman will be all over the press.
Had to flick 9 pages back in todays Sun newspaper to read of Hatton v Pac news and it still wasn't a full page worth.
When he fought Floyd they had "Ricky's Vegas Diary" everyday for a week leading up to it in the middle pages then daily scoops about the fight on the back pages.

Just a shame it clashed with the footy and Swine Flu breaking out.

When this was first announced i thought it was a mismatch and Hattons natrual weight would be the key and the body shots would win the day.

having watched the first 24/7 hatton pac ive accually changed my mind on the above, the speed difference if so apparent i now think Pac is gonna win and early.

Ie always thought Pac wins too and and stops him mid way, unlike Floyd who goes for security first then precision timing later, Pac gets going earlier and will catch him comming in even on an angle with a fast reaction shot.
