Hydroxycut

The main problem with hydroxycut is the amount/fact that it contains ephedra which is bad for your heart in big doses.

Also I used hydroxycut, it made me nervous, shakey, and sweat like hell....I assume you COULD just do some crack and it would be similar

It just like taking small dose of amphet every day, without the high, unless done in large doses. But like the article states; terrible for the liver.

ephedra was illegal for a while, and hydroxycut did not contain any.. i believe ephedra recently (within the last year or so) became legal again, so it probably is in hydroxycut.. it's all about moderation though.. don't take it every day, and don't take it before an extreme workout on a hot day.. this is where some athletes ran into trouble with ephedra.. dehydration and high heart rate.
