Thank you. you've just shown how ignorant you are. I said against pac,DLH LOOKED amateur. What's wrong with that? He was indeed schooled by Pac. Tell me if DLH was not schooled by Pac and I'll tell you that you haven't watched the fight.
Sad that you're still bitter about our little argument about Barrera and Khan. I could not think of any reason why you give the neg rep.

Because you're once again taking credit when it's not due and once again making pac fans looks like idiots. 99% of people agree that DLH was a weight drained shell and you think it's a great reflection on Pac.
& if I could sad click/neg rep you again for thinking that I've been waiting for an opportunity to neg rep you because of some preceived slur you've kept in your head for two months beggars belief. You're a sad little man.
Hatton to me is a Gatti level fighter no more and no less and as far as chin goes he gets knocked out by pbf who is no ko master. Then gets destroyed by pac in a few rounds i mean Pac could not ever floor a shot Oscar and he was landing on him at will that all i really got to say.
On my final thoughts for PAC-Hatton fight, I pointed out Hatton is always talking that people were reading too much of PAC's last fight (against Hoya) and further claimed that he could KO Hoya earlier if it was him fighting...
Big mistake... Yes Hoya was a weight drained shell, a human punching bag... That image of Hoya blinded most people on what PAC has done impressively that night... PAC was super quick (as always)... PAC's quickness made Hoya looked like an amateur... PAC busted Hoya's face... PAC inflicted the worst beating ever on Hoya... I always cherished that photo of Hoya facing a blank space while PAC was firing bombs at his side... Totally amazing...
Hatton totally believing on the "Hoya was a weight drained shell" pronouncement made him with no respect for PAC's power... Hatton became over confident on himself thinking he's the bigger and stronger guy... I remember Hatton was asked by a reporter on how he plan to deal with PAC's power and he replied "f-u-c-k--o-f-f" ... Totally wrong mind set by Hatton... tsk tsk ...

People (like you) are reading too much in to that performance. That performance was ODLH in name only. If you're followed his career you would know that but I forgot you're a pacfan which means you only watch one guy.
Hatton messed up big time for sure and I seriously doubt he can play with the big boys anymore.
On that performance I'd pick JMM to ko him!
No matter what Hoya's previous record is, no matter what version of Hoya present that night, fact remains that he was annihilated by PAC that night... Later PAC is credited of sending Hoya to retirement...
It's Hatton who downplayed PAC's performance in that Hoya fight... He got over confident and look what happened...
I can remember David Diaz has an unsolicited advice to Hatton before the fight "Don't go toe-to-toe with Pacquiao"... I think Hatton never heard that one...

Graham had his limitations but Ricky became a world champion in two divisions and it took the best fighter in the world to stop him eventually. Hatton was taught how to box and it wasn't all punch clinch punch. Go and watch some early Hatton fights, he can fight a lot smarter and fluently than people give him credit for.
Manny is a special fighter, and you should be grateful for him. Attacking Graham solves nothing, he did very, very well with Ricky. It's attitudes like yours that detract from Manny, show a little respect.![]()
Totally agree with you mate. Ricky is far from shot. I think this loss will do him good. He will learn from it and prepare better in his next fight (learn better defense?). What he does after this devastating loss is what define the character of Ricky Hatton.
Manny is special...

Exactly.. he's not unbeatable.. And has been clearly beaten in fights.. Why he's P4P #1 now though is how he's gone on with his career.. Moving up in weight and being as good as he has been has made him an all time great... He could have stayed at the lighter weights and continued to be a force for years and still be remembered as an amazing dominent fighter.. But he is paving his own way as he goes and doing everything he is capable of.. And if he goes up to fight Floyd and possibly even wins, and takes another high caliber fight like that, it puts him above Morales and anyone he lost to earlier in his career...

True. He can be outboxed and outfought. You just better have a decent chin....in fact anyone at the top better have a good chin. Alas Hatton did not.
For perspective. A weight drained and past his best Oscar got beat up for 8 rounds without touching down Hatton couldn't go 1 round.![]()

That's just silly... Not everyone is designed to fight the way PBF fights.. Billy Graham played up to Ricky's strengths.. And until PBF, who is possibly one of the most skilled fighters of our era, AND quite a bit bigger than Hatton, knocked him down,,,, Billy Graham's teachings weren't critized to much..
LIke I said, it played to Ricky's strengths.. If Hatton has trained with someone like Mayweather Sr from the start, he may never have even won a title...
Sometimes you have a style and ability to beat 90% of people out there, but that 10% will always have it over you...
Think of Margarito, on the night, he seems unstoppable and with his power and ability to take punches, he seemed invincible.. But Mosley showed what happens when you just meet your opposite... If Margarito had of learn to fight defensively from a trainer like Mayweather Sr, he may have never won a title either.. He may have never learn to attack his opponents in such a brutal way, and been picked off in fights....
Fact is, Ricky made the most of what he had, and there was just some guys who had the style an ability to have it over him..... No fault of Billy Graham, and not of Floyd Sr either..
And bare in mind, Hatton just didn't come in smart to that fight.. He was to impatient, to ready to put some hurt on pac as fast as possible, unwilling to take a round to feel out the speed and timing of the P4P #1 fighter in the world, and he got punished for it.. Simple as that in my opinion...
But I think he reached the pinacle of what he could achieve, and he did it by going head on with anything he came across... What the fuck more can you ask or expect from a boxer and his team...
