Mosely who is seriously shite would get KO'd in about 6-8 rounds, but would be decent prep for Mayweather.
Man !! Are you crazy ? S.Mosley ? A tune-up for Pac ? Are you serious ? Do you know anything about boxing ? Are you winding everyone up ? Did S.Mosley bang your girlfriend ? S.Mosley a tune up ? This is crazy.....just crazy. Did you not watch S.Mosley destroy the most feared man in boxing ....A.Margarito ? NO ONE HAS DESTROYED MOSLEY. You hear me ? NO ONE. He beat a PEAK D.L.H TWICE. He is a BIG welterweight, sure he is not far from 40, but age is boxing don't mean as much as it used to. Ask B-Hop. Listen if Paq fought Mosley. I would make Mosley a very slight favourite to beat him. Everyone needs to calm the F**K down about Paq. People are going over the top about his KO of Hatton. It's like this guy has gotten EVERYONE scared.

    .
    1. Margaritto does not count. Guys a cheat. Worthless victory.
    2. Yes he beat D.L.H, last time was in 2003 (7 years ago).
    3. Last 3 fights Collazo, UD, big deal, even Hatton did that, Cotto (Defeat), and then Mayorga, the flukiest victory of the last 10 years. (He was truly shite against Mayorga)
    1. How does Margarito being an accused cheater detract from the shit-kicking Mosley gave him?
    2. He beat a prime ODH, people are getting all moist (with good reason) over the beating Pac put on him when he was little more than a walking corpse, why shouldn't Mosley get credit as well?
    3. Collazo is a very good fighter, he beat Hatton IMO and almost beat Berto; the Cotto loss was a razor-thin defeat (many people feel Mosley won) to a perrenial P4P fighter; Mosley may have had an off night against Mayorga, but he still won the fight against a much bigger man, knocking him out in spectacular fashion.

In summary, I disagree with everything you have written in this thread.

    Mayweather 'farting' around fighting JMM?
Pac beating Mosely because he is 'shite'?

You're talking about propbably the number 2 (some would argue number 1) P4P fighter in the world in JMM and the most legit Welterweight champion in the division in Sugar Shane Mosely.

One is a fart and one is shite?

    I don't get it...Did I miss the joke?

wtf you on about, mosley might lose this fight who knows the way pac has been going, but shane is durable and his chin is granite and he's no warm up for anyone!

I think Manny has better chance at beating Cotto then he's got vs. SSM.

Cotto is to relaxed and likes to take his time, I feel Pac would rush him and overwhelm him plus I do believe Pacs got the power to not only hurt Cotto but also drop and possibly TKO, Cotto.

On the other hand SSM has speed and skills in the ring is smart and is vet. who knows how to use every trick in the book and has a solid chin.

I agree with you Cutemick as regards to SSM.

Cmon. Pacman is not a god! He is a great fighter. But he should stay where he is most comfortable...let them come down to 140 and fight him there.

SSM is way too big for MP. SSM will be crazy to fight MP at 140. So i do not think this fight should happen.

All MP has to do is clean out 140. A 140 PBM and 137 or 140 Marquez fights are all I care to see. That is enough to make him an ATG (if he is not already).

the unfortunate thing for pacman in his wins over hatton and Oscar are that the WW and JW fighter will now consider him to be LEGIT..whereas i dont think hatton and oscar took it seriously..and if cotto, pbf,SSM all prepare for him as if they were preparing for each other..manny loses to all of them..

i see the pacman-pbf fight possibly going like

    Duran-leonard I.....too bad for floyd i guess....

But then it could also go like

I would pick Mosley to stop Pac inside 8 rounds im a fan of Pac and his achievements of late have been good but im not going to jump on the hype wagon that seems to think this guy is unbeatable all of a sudden. It was only a few fights back most thought he lost to JMM.

Pac would have to outbox Shane, big ask really. Shane would KO Pac if he landed, he throws with extreme power and he can take a hell of a shot too.

Well i would have to say Mosley by ok he has alot quicker hands then Hatton and Oscar in my opinion and he knows all the tricks of the trade. Plus i really dont see him getting hurt i mean Mosley has a chin on par with Hagler and Leonard the guy is a very durable fighter with power.

Alright, everybody calm down. Pac earned the p4p crown from JMM but lets not get carried away. He KOs another straight forward fighter in Hatton and now all of a sudden he would KO Mosley or PBF. These comments are not serious beliefs they are just what people wish to happen. Nothing else. Lets rewind to just a few fights and remember that Pac couldn't KO JMM and arguably lost both fights. Don't get drunk on the Hatton fight and forget what happened in all of Pac's fights. He is successful against nonboxers only! Guys who come straight in. Argue that. You can not give even one example of different. Against the only boxer he has fought, JMM, he has had hell. In Mosley and PBF he would be fighting even better boxers who are even bigger and are much better defenders. And against Mosley he would be fighting a guy with possibly the best proven chin in boxing. And then compound that with a much more powerful puncher, body attacker, taller, longer reach, and faster than JMM. Lets keep it real. Even on Mosley's off day, knocking out a Mayorga is much more impressive than knocking out a Hatton. And please don't even try to make sense that knocking out Hatton is more impressive than knocking out Margarito. And Oscar was never hurt against Pac even after taking like 100,000 unanswered punches. The fight was called due to Oscar inability to perform. I had JMM and Pac a pick em for the p4p crown but now Pac has earned sole possession of the p4p crown with the Hatton knockout but lets keep it to what it is. And if somehow Marquez pulls off the upset against PBF then no boxing fan with even one brain cell should argue that JMM isn't the p4p champ at that point.

Mosley vs Pac is the fight I wana see more so than Floyd vs Pac.

Shane is quick, powerful and has a great chin . He is everything Hatton isnt. Pac looked great last Saturday and his rep is sky high but he would be making a mistake by fighting Mosley.

I dont see Floyd knocking Pac out but I can see Shane doing it. Mosley is the guy to be avoided me thinks.

I agree. I feel the same way. Even at catchweight (144-147), Mosley poses more serious threat than anybody against Pac.

Marquez is the only boxer he's fought? Barrera's a master boxer, Shane can box too but its not like he's always a safety first guy.

And he won two close fights with Marquez (or would have if a judge hadn't fallen asleep during the first round of the first fight). Even if you didn't score it that way to say he hasn't had success against boxers because he fought nose to nose with an all time great is a bit iffy IMO.

Mosley and Mayweather both are tough fights for Manny.I would pick Shane and Floyd to beat him, but at this point I also would not be entirely shocked if Pac KO`ed both, that little Fucker is on A serious taer right know, and he`s A Bad little Mother Fucker,Ricky Hatton is no Bum,that was A good fighter Pac dominated last weekend, and right know Pac is the Man until someone proves otherwise.Either way it all makes for some exciting fights this year for Boxing Fans.
