Why DLH fish nets? They were real pics, and ultimately DLH ended up settling with the stripper for a big payday. (Despite the fact that Golden Boy put out a bogus press release implying that the stripper dropped the case).
I've read reports stating that it was photoshopped and the girl admitted, that was on a couple of websites. Sure, there is always the possibility that there is a scam somewhere but from everything I've read, it really looked like a scam.
This shows you how effective the Golden boy media machine is. The woman and Oscar reached an undisclosed settlement, whereby she agreed to drop her law suit against Oscar (for defamation) and agreed that she would no longer publicly talk about the photos. Once the agreement was reached. Oscar's team sent out a press release: stating that the pictures were "proven fake" thus causing the stripper to drop her lawsuit. Completely ignoring that fact that they just paid her off, and made her sign a confidentiality agreement. This bogus press release made it onto many reputable news cites and was even printed verbatim in The Ring Magazine.
