I know a few guys whom have sparred with Froch and they all say its one thing watching him and pointing out faults, but to spar with him is a different kettle of fish.

He leads his opponents in, showing them plenty of target, then wallop- he gets you.

And with his power, it can mean trouble if he catches clean.

No problem having low hands defence if you have the abilty to fight that style

But I would of thought getting hit a thousand times a fight by 40 year old part time Aussies and non punchers like Brian Magee suggests when in genuine world class you might be found wanting
