Its not really a toughest prison thing but you know what show is really good is "Locked up Abroad" its on the national geographic station.
Its about these real life people that have been locked up in different countries for different things sometimes nothing at all and they tell there story.
Most episodes I have seen are pretty damn good.
I just watched one this past Wed about Indonesia the guy was wrongly accused of smuggling drugs into country and was sentenced to life in there prison he tried escaping like three of four times. I'm telling you check it out.

I watch that all the time,great show. I feel sick, stupid and blessed all at once watching what could of gone down cause i came so close in Penang Malaysia once in 86, got arrested on suspicion of heroin trafficking ,got dragged off the streets down town in the wrong area ..tough long day.

you should watch the documentaries on MS 13 if you havent already they are pretty koo.
I like watchin documentaries like this because they show you watch is really happening around the world and even in the U.S.

Just when I think my life is bad having to go to work, or having to do some tidying up etc. Vids like that make you realise just how lucky you are. I mean a choice of getting arse raped or killed ? Jesus. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. There's some sick fukkers our there and the sad thing is nobody can stop them. Being in that prison would make me wanna commit suicide.
